Our existing customer base covers Gift shops, Department Stores, Major Attractions, Local and National Authorities, Public Sector Organisations, Tourist Agencies, Museums, Castles and Heritage Sites, National Multiple Retailers, Event Organisers, Clients from the Media and the Communication industry and many other types of business.

Our company is proud to be at the forefront of new and innovative designs and products for our market. We hold large stocks of many of the traditional favourites, but this does not stop us from looking for new items that will appeal to you and your customers. We are always striving to source new product ranges, and to support suppliers of good-quality Welsh and Celtic giftware.

A significant and growing part of our business is the supply of speciality bulk products designed as promotional or commemorative gifts, for special events or occasions, tours or festivals. These may include sports or supporters items for Rugby, Football, Cricket and Golfing Events etc, Eisteddfodau and other Cultural Events, Local and National Celebrations and Anniversaries, or Corporate or Publicity promotions. With our extensive experience and knowledge, we may also be able to assist with sourcing of goods that are not normally found in our ranges.

We cater extensively for sporting events with hats, scarves, flags, badges and team colours. We are constantly promoting all our brands using the media, publicity events, trade shows and press releases.

We can also provide in-shop displays and merchandising for a number of our ranges. We are a business-to-business supplier, and as a customer of ours you will be eligible to purchase items at discounted trade prices.

For a business to register with us as a customer, they must satisfy our trade terms, and thereafter each purchase must comply with a minimum net order value of £100. Businesses and organisations must provide proof of status, together with their address, contact details and VAT number, where applicable. Customers who already hold a standard trade account with Pendragon outside of our internet business are also able to trade and order as normal via the website.
