- Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. This ensures secure and reliable delivery of your package. The tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
- Shipping Availability: Currently, we only offer shipping to properties within the United Kingdom. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our international customers.
- Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect to receive it within 1-2 working days. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances or peak periods may occasionally cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
- Returns and Refunds: At PALLET Arts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
